Karen began selling Maple Creams at the town local festival, The Kendallville Apple Festival and The Johnny Appleseed Festival, several years ago. As the years passed, the volume of Maple Cream sales grew tremendously. Customers often asked for the special chocolates for the holidays. A candy kitchen was designed and built for Karen by Bruce at their home so they could produce more candy at different times of the year. It was a home-based business for several more years. Just this past November 2004, Bruce's dream of opening a small shop came true for him. Now it was time to add other chocolates and flavors. Bruce was very instrumental in seeing this business grow and has been diligently seeking other varieties and flavors to offer his customers.

The store is located near the city's new Parkview Noble Hospital. The location is on U.S. 6 West- also known as West North Street, on the North side of U.S. 6- slightly west and across from the Noble County Visitor's Bureau. It is typically open seasonally, from November until spring. The whole family and some close friends of the family are employed by Sweet Tooth Chocolates. They all strive to make a delicious treat for you or for gift giving at a reasonable price.

Bruce and Karen are looking forward to another season of making chocolates. Bruce and Karen feel that God has brought their business this far and will continue to bless them.
